This competition is organized by the AEPA (Spanish Association of Artisan Pizza Makers), the Gourmets Group e Jesus Marquina, known as ‘Il Doctore Marquineti’, five times world champion and ambassador of pizza in Spain by the Italian Pizzerias Association (API).
