How to make the best homemade pizza

Pizza is one of the most versatile foods. You have the possibility to combine it with all the ingredients you want, creating millions of unique and different flavors.

Furthermore, it is a very simple dish to make as its main ingredients are flour, water, yeast and olive oil, in addition to the ingredients we have left to add for the topping.

Recipe: homemade pizza

In another container we will put 320 grams of flour, a pinch of salt and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix the ingredients well so that they are well blended. Next, we will add the yeast and water mixture that we had previously reserved to this dough. Mix everything well with a wooden spoon.

If we see that the dough has become very liquid, we will add a little more flour, but if on the contrary it has become too solid, we will add a little water.

To give body and shape to the dough, we shape the dough with our hands (previously washed) to obtain a perfect touch, shape and dough.

Once the dough is obtained, we put it in a bowl and cover it with cling film and a cloth. Leave this dough to rest for 40 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, on a smooth surface sprinkle a little flour to put the dough on top and that it does not stick. We will take a rolling pin and give the dough a circle or a square (depending on the taste of each).

Finally, we will add tomato and spicy sauce, to taste, on the dough and on top we will put all the ingredients that make up our pizza: ham, cheese, sausages and olives (in that order). We will fold the edges of the dough and paint them, with a kitchen brush, the previously beaten egg yolk.

We will put the pizza in the oven at a temperature of 250ÂșC for 10 minutes. But if you want to give a special touch to your pizza, when there are two minutes left, break an egg in the center of your pizza and let it cook.

After ten minutes, carefully bake the pizza and enjoy your meal!
