Spaghetti is a delicious and popular dish in different parts of the world. This pasta of Italian origin is made with flour and water. It is characterized by having a thin circular rope shape of between 20 and 30 minutes. Like other pastas, spaghetti can be combined with different sauces that you can prepare at home.
Today we give you the recipe to prepare a spaghetti with green sauce based on poblano chilli and cream cheese, delicious and perfect to prepare on a weekday and to be enjoyed with a protein. Follow this recipe step by step and you will have a rich and creamy dish on the table.
- 1 pack of 250 grams of spaghetti
- 1 stick of cream cheese
- 2 roasted poblano peppers, peeled and in strips
- 20 gr of half cream
- 1 cube of chicken broth
- 1 garlic diet
- 1/2 onion
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 200 ml of milk
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
In a container, melt the butter and fry the finely chopped garlic and onion, then add the poblano pepper.
In a blender, blend the preparation of the previous step together with the cream cheese, milk and cream.
Return to the bowl and cook the mixture together with the cube of chicken broth.
Add the spaghetti and cook for a few more minutes.
