Kneading is not easy, it requires technique and practice, but over time the ideal dough is obtained. Once we have the smooth ball we are looking for, we cover it and let it double in volume, this will depend on the temperature we are in, but in theory It should be 30 min to 60 min.
After this time we will degas our dough and spread it on the pan, we will get this with the help of a drizzle of oil, the idea is that the pan is wide enough to contain all the dough. We will cook it over medium heat until a crust has formed, it could take about 5 minutes, after this time we turn it over and put it to cook on the raw side. The thinner we left the dough, the faster it will be, the denser, it will take a little longer.
Blend the can of canned tomato, add a clove of garlic and olive oil, season with salt and pour over the mixture that is in the pan, we put our toppings and finally cover so that the cheese melts, in about 10 minutes over medium / low heat, the pizza will be cooked and the cheese melted.
