- 500 g of mushrooms
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml of liquid cream for cooking
- 400 g of spaghetti
- c / n Extra virgin olive oil

Let’s start by cleaning the mushrooms, not washing them. To do this, we cut the base of each of the feet to eliminate the earthy and dirty part, discarding these pieces. With a clean and slightly damp cloth, we clean the cap of each mushroom and separate it from its corresponding foot.
Cut the mushrooms, legs and hats, into pieces of similar size. Peel the garlic cloves and pass them in a garlic press or finely chop them. Heat some olive oil in a pan and add the garlic. Before they start to brown, add the mushrooms and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add the liquid cream and bring to a rapid boil to blend the flavors.
Boil the spaghetti with a pinch of salt following the instructions on the package, drain well and grease them with a drizzle of oil. Separate the mushrooms from the cream and mix it with the spaghetti. We serve the spaghetti with mushrooms on top.
